A Fiery Conundrum

Car-torching remains a passion for a generation of French youth. Go figure.

Devotés of web news will by now have seen that French youths torched 1137 cars in their annual pyrotechnic celebration of the New Year.  The good news is that the number is down slightly from last year’s total, and as French officials reported, only 11 police officers were injured, and no “major incidents” were reported.
